The pads are placed in a holder (UPC #11126)

One holder is placed on the top shelf in each door opening.  (A 3 door case would have 3 holders). 

In a holding cooler:

1 holder is used for every 500 cubic feet.

They are usually hung from the refrigeration units in the ceiling, but can be placed on top shelves in the cooler. 

THE PADS ARE REPLACED ONCE A WEEK.

For shipping containers simply line the box with the pad.
